State of the World's Children (UNICEF). An annual report featuring different topics each year (disabilities, urbanization, adolescence, child rights, etc.) that impact children and their well-being.

Datareportal. Data on how people use the Internet, mobile devices, and social media representing every country of the world. Regularly updated and free.
Statista. Insights and facts for 170 industries and 150+ countries. Summary information typically available for free, with paid access to background data sets and downloads.
Pew Research Center. Public opinion research on religion, social trends, politics, technology and other topics.
Springtide Research Institute. Research focused on the lives of young people ages 13-25 in the US, emphasizing topics including mental health and religion.
